There is a hole in the drywall that goes through so you can touch the sliding door inserted in that wall where the doorstop used to be. I would like the hole repaired so that the doorstop can be attached. The sliding door cannot be removed here. I have attempted to do a temporary patch on it (not a great job - was just for cosmetic purposes) but the hole is about 5cm by 5cm without the temp patch. The initial photos show just the screw holes, but the hole is essentially a circle where the doorstop base would have covered. Photos show the screw holes in the wall initially(it is now 5cm diameter hole), the temp patch and the sliding door in the wall where the hole is.

I need to move an internal doorway from its current location to the other side of the room. The wall is internal brick and non-load-bearing. Scope of work: ● remove the existing metal door frame carefully; ● create a new door opening in the brick wall at the new location; ● reuse the existing metal frame if it can be removed without damage and fits the new opening; ● otherwise install a new standard metal door frame, which I can provide separately; ● close the old doorway with matching bricks which i can provide or reused from the new door opening ● make the new and old openings neat and straight, ready for plastering/painting; ● relocate or make good any affected floor trim/panels around the doorway. The finished result should look as though the doorway was originally in the new location. Ready for painting

The door feel out of its screws front the wall, screwing back does not work as the holes are loose. I also have two other loose doorknobs needing tightened.

One of the lift cables has detached completely from the drum/bracket area. The cable does not appear snapped, but the door is currently not being operated for safety reasons and will likely need the cable reattached, door re-tensioned/aligned and checked over. Our security sliding door doesnt close or roll without digging in at one end as you try to close, its likely never had rollers replaced so needs replacement and servicing to get the door rolling good as new.
