Garage Openers: The current motors are Foresee Garage Door Openers (Model: F-350G) Requirements: Correctly wire and mount both Remootio 3 units to the existing Foresee motors. Install the wired/wireless status sensors properly to ensure accurate open/close detection. Assist in testing the connection to ensure smooth operation via the app. Location: Bankstown area. What I will provide: All brand new Remootio 3 hardware and standard accessories in the box. Clear access to the garage and power points. One of the lift cables has detached completely from the drum/bracket area. The cable does not appear snapped, but the door is currently not being operated for safety reasons and will likely need the cable reattached, door re-tensioned/aligned and checked over. Door is currently closed. Please only quote if experienced with garage door repairs and torsion spring systems. Located in Revesby NSW. From my understanding this should hopefully be a fairly standard repair if no additional parts are damaged

I generally service my automatic garage door by oiling the various parts. However, it's now making a loud creaking noise every time we open and close it and I can't figure out how to fix it. Hi there, my old garage door won't open or close properly. It seems to off the tracks and very worn. Quotes given to me so far are looking to extremely expensive. At the moment, the garage door is disconnected from the lever. Reconnect the door to the lever and motor. Install two additional roller door brackets on each side to provide better support.

Garage door not close properly, need alignment

Electrically operated garage door all of a sudden won’t close (after opening using the remote). So I pulled the manual release cable and managed to close it for now. Need it fixed so it opens and closes. I can hear a clicking sound when pressing the open/close button.
