I believe we need a customized window frame built to this shape and have it installed. Now I may not know what exactly needs done, whether partial of the frame can be replaced or needs a complete whole new thing, but if you want to leave your recommendations and want to have a look and give me a quote, it would be much appreciated.

( see pictures) On the rectic unit, this is the second one we bought within a year and that broke. The property is currently tenanted. You will need to contact directly with the tenants to arrange a suitable time for inspection and repairs.
