I need to take the door off that hooks to the other side of the silo and patch it up and painted

This is a large sliding door to warehouse area in Myaree. Over time dust and debris has built up in the floor track and also the overhead rollers (approx 4.2m tall) have likely become difficult to operate and in need of oiling / lubrication. It has just recently got to the point where it is very hard to open without some brute strength. Needing someone to attend and give it a once over and improve it's condition atleast to allow it to be opened and closed by one person, even if still with a bit of force required. Needing completed by end of Monday, though welcome to access earlier, we have a lockbox on site. Photos attached thanks

Workshop door is difficult to slide closed, appears a vehicle has backed into the frame. Looking for someone experienced to come and review/straighten out the frame and get the door closing properly. Can currently close, but requires jamming the door catch into its padlock slot, and then a lot of effort to drag metal on metal at angles it doesn't want to be at.

Hi, I’m looking for someone to replace our flyscreen mesh on a sliding screen door. The existing fibreglass mesh has a tear from our dogs. I’ve already purchased a roll of replacement fibreglass flyscreen mesh (pictured). Job involves: * Removing the old mesh. * Installing the new fibreglass mesh. * Reusing the existing spline/rubber if possible (or let me know if it needs replacing). * Ensuring the mesh is pulled tight with no wrinkles. The door frame is in good condition and doesn’t need repairing. Need completed ASAP.
