Our windows leak water into the tracks whenever it rains. We want to find a sealing solution to this problem. We have up to 10 window frames that need sealing but might not need to fix all of them, as only some of them are the main problem, particularly on the back face of our house.

Need a new internal door installed. Door being delivered Wed 17/12. Use current hinges and have new door handle mechanism need installing. Door is standard and should fit, no sizing required. Removal of old door to tip also. Should be fairly standard job for professional.

Hand door paint and fittings

We have an old Queenslander and a bedroom door has come off its hinge. This will need repair, with the screws replaced by something more suitable- holes may need filling and redrilling- not sure! Looking for someone with experience with old houses, doors are solid wood and house is 130+ years old so appreciate some knowledgable help! Thanks so much.

I have spares of the door handles, same doors in all of the house and after a number of years they get stuck and need to be replaced. Builder gave me spare packs - they have Allen key, screws and I know there is some fiddling to get the position right and then good to go. So someone that has a clue and not a newbie, but doesn’t need to be an expert, it takes like 15 mins if you know what your doing

Hi, One of my indoor wooden doors is broken. It looks like the main wooden support has come loose and is still attached to the door, but the entire structure seems damaged. I’m not sure if it can be repaired or if it needs to be fully replaced. It might be possible to fix it with tools and proper equipment. Thanks!
