I need a handyman to install a bolt-down base for an outdoor cantilever umbrella.

Three sliding windows The bay window in Bedroom 1 is hard to open or close and does not slide on its base. This will need to be serviced so that it slides as normal. The bay window in the Master Bedroom is also hard to open or close and does not slide on its base. This will need to be serviced so that it slides as normal. The window in Bedroom 3 also does not slide on its base and requires effort to open and close.

I have an external door and a small internal door that need to be hung. (External door also needs door hardware installed). I have this. Sliding cavity door needs tuning and tightening.

Visit apt early morning to see what hinges are needed. Buy hinges and door close from Bunnings. Install door 45x174 cm. Bunnings costs will be paid separately

Fix the door in an old Qlder house. The bottom hing is pretty old and might need replacing. See photos

We have an old Queenslander and a bedroom door has come off its hinge. This will need repair, with the screws replaced by something more suitable- holes may need filling and redrilling- not sure!
