The door still opens and closes, but it is slightly uneven. Other symptoms include: An intermittent rubbing or scraping noise from the cable and roller area on the right-hand side, particularly as the door approaches the fully open position. When fully open, the right-side lifting cable remains tight and continues pulling upwards, but the left-side lifting cable becomes completely loose. The two side springs visibly have different tension when the door is fully open. The issue may involve uneven spring tension, uneven cable winding, or incorrect opener travel-limit settings.

Need a repair for a jammed internal cavity sliding (pocket) door from the walk in wardrobe to the ensuite. The door slides into the wall between the shower and wardrobe and it is difficult to access the tracks. Looking for someone experienced with repairing these type of doors.

Fix the door in an old Qlder house. The bottom hing is pretty old and might need replacing. See photos
