A hole in the bedroom door needs patching

Looking for an experienced garage door technician to inspect and potentially repair or replace my Avanti garage door motor (approx. 5–10 years old). Current issue: - Garage door intermittently stops responding to the remote. - Switching the power off and on sometimes fixes it for 1–3 days before it stops working again. - Wall/on-unit button still works when the remote fails. - Pulling the red emergency release cord occasionally gets it working again for the day, but usually doesn't help. A technician inspected it and recommended replacing the entire unit. What I'm looking for: - A second opinion on whether the whole unit genuinely needs replacing or if a cheaper repair is possible (receiver, circuit board, etc.). - If repair isn't practical, I'm happy to replace the whole unit. Existing quote: $800 all-inclusive, covering a new motor, 2 new remotes and installation. If you can beat this price with a reliable, good-quality motor, I'd be interested. Sliding flyscreen door has dropped and is catching on the bottom track. It’s not sliding smoothly, and I’m unable to tighten the top screw. Need someone to realign the door, check rollers and track, and secure all fixings so it slides properly. Bring tools and any standard parts if needed. Please quote including call out. Looking for a reliable handyman to reattach some horizontal decorative slat panels to our existing outdoor area as pictured. It’s a small decorative section - the missing slats section is 2.94m wide by 0.95cm height The panels were previously attached using Liquid Nails to these metal poles, but came loose and fell off during a particularly windy day. What needs doing: * Reattach the fallen slats to match the existing panels at the top. * Ensure everything is straight, evenly spaced and securely fixed. * Ideally use a fixing method that will withstand strong winds so they don’t fall off again. (Metal screws most likely best option). I’m open to recommendations on the best way to secure them, whether that’s drilling/screwing them into the existing metal poles/frame. I have all the original slat panels ready to go (the ones that fell down), but you’ll need to supply your own tools and any additional materials required (adhesive, screws, fixings, etc.). Photos attached showing the existing fence and fallen panels. There is a gap between the decorative section and the back fence of about 5cm (so they don’t touch, and the slats would be screwed into the metal pole only). Located in East Victoria Park, Perth.
