I had someone patch a whole in a sliding door but its not a good job. Need this fixed to professional standard before next rental inspection. Needs to be same texture as rest of door or at least close to.

Replace door mechanism and install door handle. The internal lock is broken and needs replacing (the latch isn’t moving). Existing Door handle can be put back on. Lock mechanism will need to be supplied, reimbursed at cost. Thanks!

3 of my doors in my home are not closing properly and are catching on the door frame. I suspect they might need new hinges or otherwise need re-alignment to allow them to close properly and not catch on the doorframe.

The hinge has come off and needs fixing

The door knob keeps coming loose & falling off. I need advice on which door knob to purchase & then I need the knobs installed. 2 doors/knobs need fixing

At about 70-80 deg open, the door drops slightly. It appears that it might be the result of a small screw at the bottom of the door raising it slightly on the hinge and then dropping as it comes over the edge on opening. Fridge is still level- only issue is the door.
