I need someone to fix this door, It needs new wheels.

Door currently lets water in at the bottom when heavy showers occur. Needs an effective seal. Door width is 110cm

Door needs sound proof seal. Front Solid Core Door needs seal inside frame and something at bottom of door to restrict noise from cafe next door. There is a gap all around door side, top and bottom

key was difficult to get into the lock ,and the door is very unstable . The bottom hinge looks like it's popped out a bit and it's causing the door to not close all the way.

The current window is glass panels, which don’t close properly. It seems as though water has got in, walls are going rotten…

The aluminium doors are not locking correctly

3 of my doors in my home are not closing properly and are catching on the door frame. I suspect they might need new hinges or otherwise need re-alignment to allow them to close properly and not catch on the doorframe.

The hinge has come off and needs fixing

The door knob keeps coming loose & falling off. I need advice on which door knob to purchase & then I need the knobs installed. 2 doors/knobs need fixing

At about 70-80 deg open, the door drops slightly. It appears that it might be the result of a small screw at the bottom of the door raising it slightly on the hinge and then dropping as it comes over the edge on opening. Fridge is still level- only issue is the door.

We had some new carpet installed. Due to a miscommunication, the sliding door was not trimmed before installation. The carpet has been laid, so now we need to remove the door trim by about 30 mm and rehang it. I think the hood at the top ogf the door will need to be removed

Fly screens dirty after construction, have decided to replace with higher quality mesh style screens. Harder to install than normal fly screens. One has been done, there are 5 more (3 screens in each sliding door panel, see pic) I will provide the mesh as well as an area to remove and replace screens from frames. I have the tool for pushing down screen cord into frame. I'm hoping for a high quality finish that doesn't look obvious that they've been replaced.
