I have 4 bifold doors and they have always not opened correctly. The door frame is too tight in the middle. It’s too hard to remove the frame and adjust it that way so I want to have the natal doors cut 3 mm too and bottom. I can help remove them with you, but you will need a metal blade saw with an accurate straight edge/guide. There are only 4 doors.

1. Make a weather strip that will clear the tiled floor (See photo). 2. Use the C Channel Extrusion - (SUPPLIED) 3. Angle this slightly downwards; so rainwater will not pond on the top of it. 4. May need to make a slight radial edge on the RHS, so that the weather shield does not foul on opening door. (eg: Door opens inward). 5. May also need to install a small piece of strip / weather shield on the RHS door jam - because of the removed radial cut out piece? (tba). 6. Attach the Aluminum/rubber extrusion (SUPPLIED) to the front face the C channel extrusion. 7. You will potentially need these tools with you: (Tin snips; angle grinder; screw driver drill; aluminum pop rivets? (tba); sickiflex; etc - Due date: Before Sunday, 2 July 2023
