I need someone experienced with door hardware/door closers to repair and reinstall the mechanism shown in the photos. The existing mounting area has been damaged/stripped, and the door closer has come away from the door/frame. The closer itself appears to be in good condition, so the job is primarily to securely repair the mounting points and reinstall/adjust the mechanism so the door operates correctly.

I need someone to buy an external door and install it at my home along with a dog door. You would need to take the existing door out and fit new hardware ect. We want to be able to swap the original door back when we leave the rental.

I need to install 4 doors with the door knobs as well. The existing frame already has the hinges, I will supply the knobs. I have 4 doors here (Hume from Bunnings) which are trimmed to size and painted already. I'll also supply the door knobs. Looking for a handyman to fix one internal bedroom door that is catching on the door frame and sticking when closing. Details: Single wooden internal bedroom door. Needs alignment adjustment (tightening/swapping hinge screws) or minor edge sanding/planing so it swings and closes smoothly. Please bring your own standard tools (screwdriver, long wood screws, sander/plane if needed). Flexible on timing but needs to fit around our 1-year old naps (usually naps between 1030 - 1145 am and 230 pm- 4 pm) —happy to arrange a quick time that suits this week.
