There’s a smal hole at knee level that needs repairing, and the door handle on the inside is snapped. The retracting doesn’t work on the handle which is why there is a hole as I was trying to push it open thinking it was stuck

Need someone to fix a wall and make a door bigger

Our tenant and neighbour have complained that the door is very noisy when it closes. If that can be remedied that would be our preference as the lock has been made the same as the door + we prefer to repair rather than replace given our need to minimise the use of the Earth's precious resources. The quote is obviously only if it's a remedy rather than a replace. Please let me know how much a replace might be. While I have said flexible it would be lovely to have this issue sorted asap. I have 5 brand new Bunnings door to install on existing frames. It might require a bit of patching before fix the hinges to the frame. Doors have been cut on specs, so they won’t require sending.

Try to re-program and if not able, to fix / replace garage door open. Have tried to reset - per video of my doing the standard reset. Sounds like chain getting stuck or motor slowing - not sure. If can’t be reset - review options for replacement - arrange install - Due date: Flexible
