The bottom part of the window won't stay open

I purchased a Daytek Slim Lock and Lift Fold Down Clothesline Mk 2 that will need to be bolted to the outdoor wall. The wall is made of steel and brick veneer. I need help putting the clothesline together. I have bought all the necessary items including the anchor bolts.

Hey! I’m looking for someone to help mount three Arlo outdoor security cameras outside my place. They just need to be screwed into the hardwood frames around the exterior. I’ll show you exactly where each one goes. The mounting height is around 2–2.2 m You’ll need a ladder, drill and small pilot bits to get the brackets in properly.
