Looking for a carpenter or skilled handyman to install a new internal hollow core door. What I have on site: - New Door: A completely fresh, un-cut internal door leaf. - Hardware: The original handle and latch mechanism salvaged from the old broken door. - Frame/Hinges: The existing door jamb, hinges, and strike plate are already on the wall and will be reused. What you need to do: - Measure and plane/trim the brand new door leaf to fit the existing frame. - Mortice/chisel out the slots for the existing hinges on the new door. - Drill the fresh holes required to fit the salvaged latch and handle set so it aligns with the wall's strike plate. - Hang the new door. I don’t have tools, so you’d need to bring your own.

Internal door installation

Looking for an experienced handyman or painter to repair a couple of timber window sills that have become water affected over time. The job involves: • Cleaning and treating some minor mould/staining around the window frames. • Sanding back peeling/flaking paint on the timber window sills. • Repairing any minor timber damage/filling where required. • Repainting the affected areas to a neat finish, colour does not need to be perfect but close preferred, currently a cream colour, we do not have any paint • Checking the windows and surrounding areas to identify where moisture may be getting in and carrying out minor sealing/caulking repairs if required. Please refer to the attached photos. There are only a couple of affected window frames, so this should be a relatively straightforward job for an experienced handyman, painter or carpenter. Please let me know what experience you have with similar repairs and whether you can also check for and rectify the source of the moisture issue.

I am looking to replace my laundry door. It is 2040x820x40 and I can supply the door, handles, lock and hinges and weather seals. You will need to install the door, lock and mount on the door frame. The door may need slight shaving to fit inside the current frame.

I have a sliding door that seems to have come off the track. I have a flyscreen that needs to back on the window. The installer forgot to put it on and never returned to put it back on.
