Looking for an experienced handyman/plasterer to finish an old doorway opening in a commercial office hallway in Five Dock One side of the old doorway (inside office) has already been filled and is flush, however the hallway side still needs to be finished so it looks like a normal wall. Tasks include: - fill/finish hallway side of old doorway opening - make wall reasonably flush and neat - remove attached wooden plaque from wall - install skirting board to match existing hallway skirting as closely as possible - sand/prep ready for future professional painting We will have the hallway professionally painted later, so colour matching does NOT need to be perfect. We have two doors that I need fixed: 1. One of them: the door isn't closing. I'm not sure if it needs to be shaved off a bit but the lock isn't connecting with the lock part of it. 2. The other one: we just need a door handle put in with the door. It doesn't have to be perfect at all. We are doing a huge renovation at the end of the year so it doesn't have to be perfect, just work! . These are just my kids' rooms, and I need them to be able to close their doors properly.
