Four window frames are water damaged and leaking, they need to be repaired and made weather resistant. Three of these are 2.5m wide triangular windows, leaking in the centre where the water collects. The other needs the bottom horizontal part fixed. Two are 7m up and difficult to reach, they might need scaffolding. The others are easy to reach with a short ladder. The photos show that I have removed the damp wood for two windows. I can provide a 4.5m ladder, please provide all other tools and materials. And please quote an hourly rate. - Due date: Flexible

We have a hallway door which needs installing, there are grooves cut for hinges etc in the doorframe . Door is non standard, 2020x820 so a basic door would need trimming down to fit the space. Also need a handle added

The door (1350w x 2000h) is used regularly as it provides the main access to the backyard from the house. I expect the rollers need replacing. It still opens and closes but is becoming difficult to move and makes a scuffing noise on the track.
