Am open to receiving quotes, I have included a nominal amount as a starting point. Have included photos of front and rear access to that side of the property. I am looking for someone qualified who has a broad range of experience and skills as this job will likely lead to ongoing work - am purchasing the property as my PPOR and would like to complete a variety of property maintenance and cosmetic improvements over the next 3-6 months.

Door needs sound proof seal. Front Solid Core Door needs seal inside frame and something at bottom of door to restrict noise from cafe next door. There is a gap all around door side, top and bottom

3 of my doors in my home are not closing properly and are catching on the door frame. I suspect they might need new hinges or otherwise need re-alignment to allow them to close properly and not catch on the doorframe.

The hinge has come off and needs fixing

The door knob keeps coming loose & falling off. I need advice on which door knob to purchase & then I need the knobs installed. 2 doors/knobs need fixing

At about 70-80 deg open, the door drops slightly. It appears that it might be the result of a small screw at the bottom of the door raising it slightly on the hinge and then dropping as it comes over the edge on opening. Fridge is still level- only issue is the door.

We had some new carpet installed. Due to a miscommunication, the sliding door was not trimmed before installation. The carpet has been laid, so now we need to remove the door trim by about 30 mm and rehang it. I think the hood at the top ogf the door will need to be removed
