We want to build a 2 car carport at the side of the house, in line with the front of the house. We think there should be just enough space, but slightly flexible with location if not. Can be open on all sides but would like the front to have a garage door. Unsure where to start with this and looking for quotes.

I have bought a Meross smart garage door kit MSG100 and need this installed to my existing garage door and connected via the app on my phone. The garage door has been newly installed a year ago. People who have installed it themselves said it takes 10 minutes but am worried I might disconnect something so would like a professional whose an expert in this area to do it for me.

😬 Garage Door -0 ~ Nissan Patrol -1 I had a tiny driving mishap and reversed into my garage door while it was almost fully open. I’ve managed to slowly drive back into the bottom sectional and slightly bend the middle 🤦‍♀️ The good news is the door is still opening and closing normally, but the bottom panel has developed a little buckle/dip in the middle. Looking for someone experienced with garage doors to come and have a look, straighten/repair it if possible. The door is fully functional so flexible on repair dates.

I’ve recently had a panel lift/sectional garage door retrofitted to my garage in Carindale. Because the garage wasn’t originally set up for this type of door, there weren’t suitable fixing points in the ceiling where the installer needed to attach the overhead tracks/brackets. The garage door company is coming back to rectify the installation, but before they return I’d like suitable structural fixing points installed above the ceiling. There is good access to the roof/ceiling space via a manhole, with plenty of room to work. I’m looking for an experienced carpenter/framer who can assess the existing roof/ceiling framing and install appropriate timber blocking/noggins or other suitable structural framing at the required locations, so the garage door installer has solid fixing points for their brackets. I can provide photos and indicate where the garage door brackets/fixing points need to be located. Location: Carindale, QLD Timing: Ideally completed before the garage door company returns. Old 1980s one-piece tilt garage door with strong extension springs/jamb fittings. I’m removing the door myself for renovations. I only need someone experienced with old tilt garage doors to safely de-tension and remove both counterbalance springs and confirm there is no remaining spring load. Installed a new garage/gate motor, but it appears the installation was not completed properly and the system is not operating correctly. Looking for an experienced professional who can inspect, troubleshoot, and properly install/setup the motor so everything works smoothly. This is for a full steel shed with a new steel gate/motor system. Height is approximately 4 metres, so experience working at height is required. The bottom edge/panel of the garage door has been pushed in and also dented. The motor/remote works fine. The door still opens and closes smoothly and it's a single garage door as in photo. It just need to get pushed out/bented back. Thank you
