Gagage door needs to be realigned and retensioned.

Garage door only opens few inches then it stops. It’s not a broken spring some other issue

We need our front door and garage door replaced. We will need someone who has experience in this and the tools, the doors will need to be cut to size and I’m not sure about how the current frame works with the next door but if that needs to be replaced ect we will need someone who knows how to do that, will also need the door handle hole to be cut and any advice on what door will work better, 100% solidcore doors, as well as hinges and anything else we will need. Obviously we will purchase everything and the price is just labour costs. Front door is 2040 x 813 x 40, so needs the width cut Garage door is 2035 x 767 x 35, so needs the width and height cut. But if someone could measure before obviously cutting ect that would be great. The current doors are REALLY old. Please only message if you’re experienced in this and have done it before thank you.

I need keys for existing 2 roller garage door locks(key is missing)

My garage door needs a service. The chain has been tightened and lubricated, guides / rollers / spring have been lubricated and still makes creaking sounds.
