There is good access to the roof/ceiling space via a manhole, with plenty of room to work. I’m looking for an experienced carpenter/framer who can assess the existing roof/ceiling framing and install appropriate timber blocking/noggins or other suitable structural framing at the required locations, so the garage door installer has solid fixing points for their brackets. I can provide photos and indicate where the garage door brackets/fixing points need to be located. Location: Carindale, QLD Timing: Ideally completed before the garage door company returns.
