Motor indicate flashes, but the unit push button not operating. Remote controller is missing. No wall push button either. Filp foor.

Garage door at a townhouse is currently not working. No lights showing on the opener/control unit even though it's plugged in and switched on. Looking for someone experienced with garage doors to inspect the issue and repair it.

I have a tilt garage door, roughly 5000mm in length. The sides and bottom have slight gaps between garage door and wall/floor. I want this sealed, probably with a sort of brush to keep dust out.

We need 4 x remotes programmed for 2x garage doors. I have tried and can get them to work but then by the next day they stop working. I was told it was because the garage door memory is full and needs to be cleared. First photo is 2 x remotes that currently open 1 garage door each. Second photo is remote that opens both doors, but keeps losing memory. I have 4 of these that need to be programmed.

hello, the door currently at premise is a centurion door , plastic hinges have broken and been replaced over the 10 years but now replacement hinges they say no longer available. the door width is 5100 height 2310. tenant has asked for fix, I think we replace if its within our budget . colour of door will be Surf Mist, I am not looking at a high end product just an affordable Sectional door.
