The black rubber strip/seal on the right side of the window frame has come loose and is hanging out (please see attached photos). It looks like the glass has separated slightly from the metal frame where the rubber has popped out. Price is negotiable. We would like a double screen flydoor on spring hinges so that it closes by itself. The doors will be behind double glass doors that open outwards, so the new flyscreen doors will need to open inwards. The new flyscreen doors will replace two existing sliding flyscreen doors that we want to remove. We also want to add a door handle to one of the glass doors. 8 kitchen door hinges require repair. Over time the hinges where fitted to the doors have worn and are loose, makeing the doors to hang uneven (see pictures). The hinges are Hettich. We will require plastic plugs to be fitted into the pre-drilled holes and screws into the hinges. There are 24 hinges in total, doors vary in the number of hinges between 2 and 5 each

Cut some ventilation slots in an TV unit door as pictured. The slots should be clean, straight and as aligned as much as possible. The door is about 18mm thick. Does not need to be on-site - I am willing to travel to your workshop if it's within 10-15km from Dulwich Hill.

I bought a house six months ago. It has a sliding door on the back deck. During heavy rain, the gutters overflow (or wind blows rain onto the door). The water runs straight down the door - filling the tracks of the door and then flooding the inside of the house. Cleaning gutters etc doesn’t help in big storms.
