Accidentally damaged a neighbours garage door while moving. The damage is pretty minor and purely cosmetic. It hasn’t caused any structural or frame damage but has caused a small hole (as pictured). It’s an apartment garage door in an underground carpark, so nothing fancy - it’s just some thin perforated sheet metal. We’re looking to get this fixed as best as possible but for a fair price, whether that be replacing part of the panel or welding it, I’m not sure. There is a large crack and damaged section in the wooden door. The surface is cracked/broken and there is a small hole through the door. Looking for someone to repair and make the damaged area smooth and neat, ideally matching the existing wood finish as closely as possible.

Fix broken stain glass window in front door

1. Bathroom window does not open or close - needs fixing. Seems to be stuck at current position. 2. Toilet seat comes off and out of place. Needs fixing. 3. Need hooks drilling back into wall as have fallen down.

2x door handles require repair using the existing materials (as the door knobs match throughout the house). Refer pic 1 which is the door knob and pic 2 is where it has fallen off. There are of these that need replacing. 1x door handle needs fixing, refer pic 3. It's getting stuck and won't rotate properly.

Window Frames need painting. Need to replace frosted film with new film.

Repair render that was damaged by sliding door install

1) Install a Vendline (wall mounted drying rack) onto a masonry wall. Requires an electric drill. 2) Chamfer the bottom of a timber door so it closes properly, after new flooring & trim recently installed. 3) Drill a 5cm diameter round hole into a pantry side wall to fit a power cord through. Width of pantry is approx. 1 cm.

Fly screen mesh needs replacing

Bottom of Bathroom door needs to be trimmed approximately 2 cm. Door needs then needs to be rehung. The door hinges are already in place.

The wind slammed the door very hard that it’s moved the door frame slightly, please see a picture. I need an experienced painter / plasterer to reset the door frame and paint around it. I have the paint but you need to bring your own tools and other materials.

Garage door requires fixing. Price tbd.

20mm x 200mm x 4700mm gap under door needs filling. Please let me know how you'd fill it in your quote because it needs to not let water penetrate under the door.

Handyman needed for minor jobs tomorrow Jan 4! My sliding glass wardrobe door has come off its rail and it's too heavy for me to move and my bed slats have moved and I can't lift the mattress to fix it! Would love help with these 2 tasks!

Bottom pin has disengaged from handle, needs a repair. Need a handyman who has experience with bi-fold doors.

1. Remove glass sliding doors and dispose of 2. Remove gyprock bulk head above doors 3. Remove concrete step under sliding doors. I think it will just jackhammer up easily but may need to be cut.
