Please attach 3 hinges to an internal cupboard door. Also attach a metal strip to the floor, that will keep a sliding door on its track. The strip is to be attached through carpet, into the cement underneath. Also a short door guide (photo). I will be doing other jobs at the property.

I need an experienced handyman to paint and install the door The frame is timber and the door too I will supply the paint, hinges and lock / handle You need to diligently paint, assemble and install If you are good then I will ask you to do some other paint and gyprock work inside the house. Garage door motor seems to be malfunctioning, needs to be slotted back in its place.

The door latch does not fully retract back when the door handle is pulled down.

I have a security door and a french door which are hard to close cause they have fallen a few millimetres. To close I literally have to lift them a few mms until the bolt enters the latch. The doors need to be adjusted so the locking mechanism easily fits in the latch slots. See photos. The first 2 photos are the French door. Last 7 are the Grey security door. You can see there are spacers in the hinges of the security door which prob need to be replaced. Happy to discuss. Sadly I have a tight budget,

Repair/Replace weathered doors

The bathroom is swollen and doesn’t shut properly. Either the hinges need adjustment or the door itself has to be shaved/sandpapered. I also need help installing a small bolt on the inside of the bathroom door.
