The garage door cannot operate properly, the wheel will go away from the track and may fall off some time. Attached the photos for your reference. I reckon this was due to the buckling from the wheel tracking steel, however I’m not pretty sure. The door can still operate from time to time, we just need to put back in the wheel if it’s fall off. Let me know if you have any further queries.

I’m having some carpet installed in my three bedrooms and installer has told me that we need to shave the bottom half of the three doors so they will close. We have a busy pizza shop and our main door is jamming , was hoping a handy man/woman could come out and fix it. It looks like the door is moving from the top of the hinges causing it to jam. At times when it jams it also locks. No idea how? We have asked our landlord to fix this several times however they have said that it’s on us to correct.
