I am looking for an experienced handyman or builder to inspect and repair rusting external wall edges and window corners on the front of my house. The property is a 2 storey duplex. There are multiple areas around the front facade, including wall edges and window corners, where rust is bleeding through the render. This appears to be caused by rusting metal corner beads or metal edging beneath the render. Painting is NOT required. I already have someone organised for painting. This job is for preparation and repair only. The scope of work will include: Site inspection to assess all affected areas Cutting back and removing loose or damaged render Treating rusted metal with an appropriate rust inhibitor, or replacing metal corner beads where required Re-rendering repaired areas and leaving them ready for painting Some areas are at height on the second storey, so ladders or appropriate access equipment will be required. This needs to be a proper repair to stop the rust returning, not a cosmetic patch. I am looking for someone to attend site, inspect the areas, and then provide a quote. Experience with exterior render repairs and rust treatment is required.

sliding door is difficult to slide. Needs maintenance by replacing rollers underneath, etc.

We have 3 sliding doors on our balcony that require to be put back on rails properly as well as new rollers, as all 3 are very difficult to close / push shit, the 3 doors are al together, screen, privacy / sound, main door with lock.
