Need to replace the wheels of an sliding door. One of the wheels is completely gone and the door has to be lifted up slightly to move. Supply and fit new heavy duty roller cartridges, adjust the door height and alignment so it slides smoothly and lock properly. Theses are the order of the doors: from inside, first is the alauminum sliding door, then the fixed aluminum door, then the sliding security door, last is the fixed security door. Flexible with timing.

Garage door only opens halfway with the opener and too heavy to lift manually and won’t stay up if lifted. Spring and cable look intact. Spring needs to tighten to balance the door.

Our two glass sliding doors in the bedrooms to the balcony require repair. The glass sliding door can't be closed properly, there is a big gap on the top left of the frame as shown in #1. however, if we apply force to the right top corner of the door, the lock can be closed as show in #2. currently, we had to insert a plate into the right bottom corner of the door to make sure the left side of the door is fully closed. We had a handy man coming by and tried to adjust the inside wheels height, it slightly improved the situation but still have a gap and not easy to lock it.
