There’s missing grout that needs fixing as per the photos in the ensuite and main bathroom. Seal at the bottom of the wall is coming off that needs to be fixed in the ensuite shower. In the bathroom, the shower door doesn’t close properly. It may need realigning or the rubber seal at the bottom of the door may need to be replaced or both. We have 3 sliding doors on our balcony that require to be put back on rails properly as well as new rollers, as all 3 are very difficult to close / push shit, the 3 doors are al together, screen, privacy / sound, main door with lock.

Our two glass sliding doors in the bedrooms to the balcony require repair. The glass sliding door can't be closed properly, there is a big gap on the top left of the frame as shown in #1. however, if we apply force to the right top corner of the door, the lock can be closed as show in #2. currently, we had to insert a plate into the right bottom corner of the door to make sure the left side of the door is fully closed. We had a handy man coming by and tried to adjust the inside wheels height, it slightly improved the situation but still have a gap and not easy to lock it. Tasks: - fix the 2 sliding doors so that it can be fully closed and locked - might require replacing the wheel inside or other solution Please make sure you are a sliding door specialist and had experience to resolve similar issues. we have tried simple solutions but not working.
