Regarding the front security door, it has a large gap at the top, causing it to get stuck when the door is closed, this looks like it could have been from the tenant being too rough or even kicking / slamming the door, the handle is also not operating at its best. There is no air cannister at the top either causing it to fly away in the wind and potentially cause new damage to the exterior of the property.

Base of a bathroom metal door frame has rusted completely. Needs to be repaired/replaced.

The lock mechanism of fence gate door is broken

Gate is broken and wont move, locking mechanism has also been pulled from the brock work and will need replacing. Front security door has been damaged and is getting stuck, the air canister is also broken off and will need replacing.
