A Sash window would not close and lock after we got it painted. It may need bit of sanding and putting back so that it can be closed and locked. It is on ground floor- easily accessible.

Need 3 indoor doors fixed and handles added. All doors are not closing properly and are jamming against the architrave as they close. Two handles taken off and we have new handles for all the doors.

I would need an outside door installed. Please note that although the door is already cut to the right size, the height is not the standard dimensions (other dimensions are standard). This includes putting the lock onto the door (strike already placed) and putting the fiber board on the ceiling back in place. I have the hinges, the lock and basic equipment (e.g. drill) available.
