Mould issue on the bottom floor of 3 story townhouse. The bottom floor is build into a hill (masonry blocks facing soil, then plasterboard which has become mouldy. Attached some pics of impacted rooms, and the front/side of the house: 1. The rear walls can’t be accessed from outside. It’s facing into the hill and top floors extend further back. 2. The side wall is partially into hill of driveway. 3. The rear wall plaster appears to be immediately in front of cement bricks, the side walls I assume there’s a wooden frame there but haven’t looked behind the plaster Need someone that has experience with similar situations. I think we need: 1. Remove plaster 2. Apply layers of waterproofing bitumen 3. Apply layer of breathable render and paint, or replace plaster

Front entrance balcony was retiled last year. The waterproof membrane has been left exposed along the front edge and there is no proper drip edge or flashing installed. My upstairs tiled shower is leaking through to the ceiling below when in use. The grout on the shower floor has cracked, and a plumber has advised that the waterproofing membrane underneath may not have been installed properly, causing water to seep through. I’m seeking a licensed and insured waterproofer (Melbourne) to inspect existing bathroom waterproofing. 2 coats of waterproofing has already been applied and appears to be in good condition, however no compliance certificate was provided by the original contractor. If the waterproofing is generally sound, I’m looking for someone who would also be open to remediating the work if required (e.g. final coat / minor detailing) and then issuing a waterproofing compliance certificate. Shower is leaking. Tiles (travertine) on floor of shower are cracked and broken. Tiles need to be lifted and area needs waterproofing and re-tiling with same or similar tiles and re-grouted. A few tiles outside of shower are broken as well and need replacing on the bathroom floor. Also some broken tiles in kitchen need replacing and second shower needs floor re- grouted.
