Hello, I need someone to come around and fix my leaking shower. I have had 2 plumbers come around to try and fix it but have been unsuccessful. They tried changing the shower fittings, regrouted the tiles. The leak is still there. You can see the dampness through the manhole and where an area of plaster has been removed on the ground floor ceiling. Below is a detailed of summary. Which area is the leak in? e.g., bedroom/Ensuite, bathroom, balcony. Upstairs bathroom ensuite leaking down into the ceiling cavity below Upstairs or downstairs? Upstairs What are they seeing? Are there any damp patches, mold etc Wet patch on the plaster. Is it leaking into the same property _ i.e., 2 storey house) or, if apartment, into below or adjacent apartment? Same property (2 storey house) into downstairs ceiling Has a plumber attended? If so, what was advised. Yes, tried changing fittings, changed the shower taps and arm and also had the shower regrouted Leakage related to certain appliances within bathroom – i.e., only leaks when this is used. Looking for a plumber to remove and replace a residential inspection point 1.2m deep at the rear of the property approx. 3.5m off the back and side boundary. Issue is I have is a 90mm inspection pipe going into a 100mm sewer. Landscaper put the wrong size pipe in and it was also depressed into the sewer so was causing a blockage. 90mm pipe needs to be replaced with a 100mm pipe and needs a new cap.
