Waterproof plaster under bath. There had been a hole created by plumbers and I want to take off peel and stick tiles and to cover this area. (1) There are tiles there that I don't want to take off, just plaster over and there is a hole that a plumber had created (needlessly). (2) to make it cohesive I would like peel and stick tiles to be taken off and for the area to be covered with waterproof plaster and ceiling (3) I want it painted over so it looks complete. SIZE OF AREA IS Area is 38cm by 144cm. One tile is broken but to be cohesive, entire area needs to either be retiled or plastered over.

Hello, I am looking for quotes/assistance with 2 tasks. (Didn’t realise had to out a price for each but can change as each item is agreed upon) 1 waterproofing my bathroom/shower are and also my laundry wherever it needs it if it does, which I am not too sure on. (Including a waterproof certificate) 2 looking for a tiller to tile the bathroom (one long and once short wall, including the tile over shower) and installing a prefab stainless steel niche. The jobs are semi-urgent but I had already though I had the work done however this was not the case and now I am having to have it redone, at a cost that I really didn’t expect. I would be looking at having this done end of June-July start but of course I need to know the costs hence why I am contacting, literally the bathroom will be either ready to waterproof and/or tile once I am told what is expected/needed so no other work will be required just the tasks mentioned. I will do or have most of the other work done. NOTE: I have attached a few photos the laundry is wxactkynjoe it currently sits the bathroom however now has onshore the floors were covered and the tile over shower insert is in place the walls large the 2 walls where the original shower is and floor in bathroom are what is needing tiling. There is the base tile for walls and floor and then skirting tiles (this is in both areas) Hope to hear from someone soon so I can try and get this sorted and get back to enjoying a shower

Following recent complaint from neighbouring Unit about damp wall had Plumber investigate. Report indicates "Spray tested shower cubicle and found immediate water escaping through grout lines. • Used thermal imaging and confirmed water tracking from shower area, likely beneath tiles, contributing to water ingress into neighbouring property." Think shower walls and base need grouting and waterproofing then rebuild of shower including tiles and walls and probably new shower screen. We think physical inspection needed to provide accurate quote.
