The balcony in my townhome is leaking water. It is very visible only after rain. I think some of the tiles are leaking but have also identified some spots where rain water could have been getting into. Please see photos. Waterproof plaster under bath. There had been a hole created by plumbers and I want to take off peel and stick tiles and to cover this area. EDITED TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: (1) There are tiles there that I don't want to take off, just plaster over and there is a hole that a plumber had created (needlessly). (2) to make it cohesive I would like peel and stick tiles to be taken off and for the area to be covered with waterproof plaster and ceiling (3) I want it painted over so it looks complete.

This is occurring near the sliding door in my kitchen and also the bedroom where the other sliding door is located. I suspect this is directly related to the waterproofing /membrane of my balcony.

Report indicates "Spray tested shower cubicle and found immediate water escaping through grout lines. • Used thermal imaging and confirmed water tracking from shower area, likely beneath tiles, contributing to water ingress into neighbouring property." Think shower walls and base need grouting and waterproofing then rebuild of shower including tiles and walls and probably new shower screen. We think physical inspection needed to provide accurate quote.
