The area is fully prepped and ready to go, with floor-to-ceiling waterproofing required. Must be licensed in NSW and able to provide licence details and a waterproofing certificate upon completion.

I am looking for a licensed waterproofer to inspect the bathroom in my apartment, confirm that the waterproofing does not meet current standards and provide me with a report confirming this for me to give to my strata. There is an opening/grill in the tiles where the bath meets the floor at ground level that some water got in and has caused some damage to the apartment below (see photos). Surface Preparation & Screeding • Substrate Prep: Clean and prime the concrete slab to ensure maximum adhesion. • Screed Installation: Supply and install a sand and cement screed bed to the entire floor area • Grading/Falls: Screed must be expertly graded to ensure a consistent fall toward the floor waste and shower waste (minimum 1:60 fall in shower and 1:100 in the general floor area). • Curing: Allow sufficient drying time for the screed before the application of waterproofing membranes. 2.
