I just moved in to a house and wanted to change the toilet seat, but on one side the screw has corroded and I cannot get it out. It moves, but the thread must also be corroded as it just stays in the same place. Just looking for someone to come help me asap as now I put one side back and it's all over the place! I have the new toilet seat, which I'm happy to fit, but just need help with this one bit. If you want to fit the toilet seat too that's also fine. Hi I need to connect my water filter to my tap pipe, it's only a small tube that needs to be connected, have had a plumber do the exact same one at my last place and it only took him about 15mins. It's not a fully plumbed in job but I'm just not sure what to do, but will need some extra tubing for length the distance might be about 1.5m-2m worth. And pretty sure its just the one blue tube. As the instructions show in the pic. I have the instruction manual showing what needs to be done and I will attach pics to show as best as I can.

I need shower mixer diverter replaced with a new similar but different style already purchased shower mixer diverter. Note: Old bottom outlet was larger. See new photos. Laminex Aquapanel has been removed and NO alterations to placement required. Only need the plumbing set up with valve/diverter installed. Plate and handle will be fitted later by myself once wallpanel replaced. 2 x 1/2”bsp female inlets and 2 x 1/2” bsp female outlets on new mixer/diverter connecting to copper pipe. Looking for quotes.
