Need someone to do a DIY waterproofing job preferably someone with some experience. I have all the AS certified gear including primer waterproofing membrane and cornice reinforcing tape.

I require a qualified tradesperson to inspect and provide a written quote for repairs relating to a leaking shower. The scope of works includes: - Assessing and waterproofing the shower area to stop the leak. - Repairing water damage to the basement ceiling directly below the bathroom, caused by the shower leak. - Providing a detailed written quote outlining the required repairs and costs. The quote will need to be submitted to my strata manager for approval before any work can commence. Once approved, a suitable date can be arranged to complete the repairs.

Edit: Pending - thanks everyone for their offers… currently engaging warranty team for builder before having outside trades attend. Leak suspected in upstairs ensuite shower causing staining on bottom floor roof. Main bathroom shower also might have a leak as well so we want to have a dye test / check waterproofing levels for both showers. We would also like the pipes inspected as sometimes water comes up from the floor drain when washing hands in basin. Ensuite shower head constantly has slow drip if that can be fixed as well. We would like this done ASAP if possible or within the next few days as we want to stop any leaks before we have mould issues.

Twenty (20) square metre tiled Deck is around 20 years old and was retiled 10 years ago. A slow leak has developed onto the patio below over the last year or so. Tiles are dirty but otherwise in good condition but groutings have deteriorated in some spots. Deck will need to be fully cleaned ; grouting applied to gaps. A high quality waterprooofing product will need to be applied according to manufacturer specifications ( e,g ACTFLEX 400 Clear Waterproof Membrane). Warranty of five years is expected.

Need someone experienced to re waterproof the shower and I think grout re-done without damaging the tiles. Please quote for floor only. The walls are fine as is. Dimensions are 95cm x 118cm
