Gutter is leaking in the corner on the join and either needs fixing or replacing. Pretty sure it’s standard “quad” guttering. I have tried amateur fixes eg. silicon, tape and tar and nothing has worked for me. Start date not a problem but want it fixed by end of May 2022.

- First task to disconnect old gas heater, access available under the house to disconnect. - Second task, new bathroom recently tiled and toilet installed but odour coming up from the pipe underneath, may need new seal or something to stop smells from coming up into the bathroom. Price to be discussed.

Plumber needed to remove existing bathroom basin spout and replace with a new mixer tap. Will need to replace existing copper pipe from the joint at the base and replace with flexihouse. I will provide the new mixer tap and i should have the flexihose to suit also. After the 2 taps are removed I have a plate to cover the holes. Hi, I am looking to get my rainwater pipe inspected that runs under the garage, I am anticipating that the pipe is cracked/broken as water is seeping from under the soil under the unit (on stumps) access to this pipe is very ease and I'm anticipating the tasks won't take long at all and (outdoors) so can be contact free. Estimating the distance of the pipe to be viewed at less than 10m As for date of completion, the sooner the better but no set date (preferably weekend) Listed price not accurate. Price to be arranged.
