Repair - Water leak from sunhood above window. Job requires - a person comfortable going on the roof (flat metal roof) with a long extension ladder (at least 8m) - to apply waterproof membrane along the sunhood and cladding joint line (not sika flex - requires waterproof membrane)

External wall seems to lack any kind of commercial grade waterproof membrane. Water is seeping through from the external wall, in through thin garage wall during severe rain events. After doing some flood testing, I found that it wasn’t coming through the garden bed; it’s mainly an issue when water pools on the concrete
