These are interim repairs only, intended to protect the building until permanent remedial works commence in a few months. Primarily need to obvious holes in the membrane closed and walls capped. Scope of works * Patch and repair sections of the existing waterproof membrane where waterproofing has deteriorated. * Seal and waterproof parapet walls to prevent further water ingress. * Remove vegetation growing through the parapet wall. * Pressure clean affected areas before applying waterproofing products. Bathroom waterproofing — Darlinghurst — licensed only Small bathroom in a strata apartment, 2.5m x 2.0m, first floor. Bath being removed and replaced with a walk-in shower, so the wet area is expanding. Need full membrane to the floor and walls to the heights required under AS 3740, applied to bare substrate after strip-out. Must be licensed. The strata by-laws require a waterproofing compliance certificate to be provided to the owners corporation, so I need your NSW licence number and a certificate on completion. Waterproofing membrane has failed on our shower. Quote on removing grout, regrouting, fixing up edges with the screen, and resealing. We need two bathrooms and two balconies waterproofed and tiled. Need to have proper licensing; we are supplying 600x600 porcelain tiles Bathroom floor areas are 2.8x2m and 2.8x 1.9. We are only planning to tile the floors and shower areas (shower would be 2.4m high and approximately 1m on one wall and 1.2m on the second). External balconies are 1x4.6m and second is 15 square metres. Total area approximately 19.6 for external balconies and 23 square metres internally for bathrooms.
