Need the back of walls in my pergola waterproofed and a 1.5sqm toilet floor

I need waterproofing for bathroom floor shower area. 9m² floor.

the shed is gyprocked inside; has a bit leaking around the corners need to do some waterproofing ...if this is done properly, then will need to do the flooring and replace the door

I've removed the shower walls in the bathroom in my home due to a leak, the floor is intact. It's 2 walls, approx 770 w on one side, 840 w on the other, 1800 h (I need to check this when I get back). My partner replaced the fibro and put silicone/ waterproofing on the top of it, but it's not sticking to the silicone properly. So I'd like someone to look at it, replace/ fix if necessary, and I understand it needs to have a compliance cert. Here's the photo to get an idea of the space and the floor/ hob that's left as is. Will get a photo of the fibro/ waterproofing in a the next day or two. If it's going to cost more to fix it than re-do the fibro then we are happy to do that. I have no idea what this should cost so just let me know- and if you do tiling as well please quote that too!

1. Shower waterproof seal needs replacing around recess outline - started one side, just needs completing. 2. Have a couple tiles where the grout has worn away so also just need that filling in. I already have the silicone sealant for the shower that could be used for the job.

Small Bathroom Repair – Hands-On Tradesperson Wanted I’m looking for an experienced handyman that has multi trade experience to do the whole work himself. Small 1st floor bathroom, approximately 2.2 metres long by 2.2 metres wide. The bathroom previously had a shower and toilet, but the old waterproofing failed and water leaked downstairs. I’ve already removed the old tiles and damaged material and cleaned the area, ready for you to redo it. The work includes: • Making the floor solid, stable and level using a suitable method. • Properly waterproofing the area to prevent further leaks. • Preparing and tiling the floor. • Reinstalling the shower glass and toilet. • Organising any necessary plumbing. The waterproofing and tiling must be done properly. It’s a small, fiddly job, suitable for someone who's happy to take on smaller projects and carry out most of the work themselves. Ideally, you’ll have all the multi skills am yourself. My preference is a hands-on tradesperson rather than a builder who mainly organises subcontractors and adds a management fee. Just a small project for a handy trades person. The advertised price is only to get the listing online. I understand you’ll need to inspect the area first for accuracy. I have a standard shower, after a while water starts to seep out from the shower area and on to the bathroom. I think sealing issue of door or borders?

I require a qualified tradesperson to inspect and provide a written quote for repairs relating to a leaking shower. The scope of works includes: - Assessing and waterproofing the shower area to stop the leak. - Repairing water damage to the basement ceiling directly below the bathroom, caused by the shower leak. - Providing a detailed written quote outlining the required repairs and costs. The quote will need to be submitted to my strata manager for approval before any work can commence. Once approved, a suitable date can be arranged to complete the repairs.

Need someone experienced to re waterproof the shower and I think grout re-done without damaging the tiles. Please quote for floor only. The walls are fine as is. Dimensions are 95cm x 118cm
