Kitchen sink tap needs to be replaced. My old tap has worn out and started spraying water from small holes in the stem. (See photo, I used tin foil to stop the leaky parts from spraying everywhere). After a plumber to put in a water + waste connection in my little shop space. Existing connection in other room, as well as connection point outside (would be a straight connection about 7 metres, easy access under building and just a wood floor). Have had a quote for this for about 600 so ideally no more than this (landlord paying this part). In addition needing to connect standing basin, dishwasher + connection for coffee machine. The hot water taps in our bathroom stopped working (I.e no water is coming out) and we think it might be due to a leaking pipe. We tried to stop the leak by tightening the tap and then almost immediately the hot water stopped coming out of the hot water taps.
