Washing machine was working well until yesterday and suddenly today I get the code "f8" and it's not working

Washing Machine is leaking under front door. We suspect the issue is related to the front load seal, which may need to be placed. There appears to be a cut in the seal and after a wash the seal becomes loose and creates tumbling noises and cause obvious leaks because the seal becomes loose during the tumble. Front load Washing machine is a Samsung Bubble wash 8.5kg WW85K54E0UW
