I need to get someone to fault find on my LG top load washing machine. it is currently not draining into the discharge drain during the rinse / spin cycle. It is draining onto the floor from the bottom of the machine. The drain and pipes have been cleaned and tightened. Once fault is identified, quote on repair.

Old washing machine (hot and cold pipes) need to be disconnected before a new one can be installed. Delivery guys were unable to do it and think that special tools are needed.

Need assistance connecting hose and drainage pipe to underneath sink. We have tried to do it ourselves but it’s leaked. We believe the hose in the image may be on an angle/wonky and is too tight for us to disconnect it.
