The cabinet under the sink is metal, so the openings will need to be enlarged using metal-appropriate cutting tools before the hoses can be passed through. Once the openings are widened, the washing machine just needs to be connected, levelled, and tested. I’ve attached photos of the under-sink area to help you assess the work.
