I need someone to help clean and repair my apartment for move out to ensure we get the most back from our security deposit. There is significant damage to the paint and drywall as well as some adhesive residue on the walls. We also have 4 large mirrors still affixed to the wall with Scotch-Mount Heavy Duty Mounting Tape that we need to remove. The home was recently rid of pests. I need minor drywall, trim, and baseboard repaired. This damage is minor and limited to only a few spots in the downstairs bathroom, laundry room trim, and water heater room. I would also need any insulation ripped replaced or put back up. Only needed in the 2nd floor in the one or two of the bedroom storage closet doors. There is an issue in the living room where a light fixture remote will turn on and off the light.
