Oil pan replacement/pickup tube components bad, car runs fine but has oil pressure issues in idle(at a light or stop sign) when I lifted my car oil started spewing, I don’t trust the last service, need this corrected, would like a season and honest tech, engine block flange may be bent.

Need about 20-25 support clamps replaced with bigger sized ones to hold the pergola joists firmly in place and fix them properly with necessary reinforcements & long deck screws. The 12 joists in place are 2”Dx6”W and 9’-16’ in length, supported by shorter joists and 2”x4”s in place. The structure is 16’Wx21’Lx 8’H as shown in pictures. Also need to raise/adjust the slope of the thin light weight Sky Poly ceiling (covering 16’x21’ area) to ensure water flows away on top during rains avoiding any potential water accumulation and seal the poly joints properly with glue to avoid leaks when it rains.

I recently repaired old plumbing and need the 1/2" drywall replaced and prepped for painting on a 30"x24" hole in the ceiling and a 24"x18" hole in a wall (this finished surface requires minimal knock down wall texturing). I also have an access door to be installed in 16"x15" hole on the same wall.

Working for client to replace bathroom flooring and toilet. Turns out sub floor is rotted. Pier and beam house and will need to go under to provide more support for flooring. Crawlspace is large with light and electricity. Some demo is done. Current subfloor is 3/4 inch plywood with 1/4 inch chip board. 2 pieces of 1/2 chipboard on site. Materials will be reimbursed. I’ve been battling this pond since I built it. For some reason it slowly leaks. It’s got pond matt, which I think cemented mostly over, before adding black poxy. Yet; when I run the fountain it slowly leaks down to a certain level. For the life of me I can’t figure out where or why, after several attempts. Would love someone else to try to attempt to fix it. Would include getting the current water out; cleaning it, then trying to find the source of issue, fixing, and refilling to test.

Small Bathroom. I can provide materiels. 5 ft x 5ft. The Tile I bought is 1ft by 2ft. So maybe 15 pieces total. I do not have a tile cutter. Floor is currently concrete.

I’m not sure what all need to be fixed for him to start using his bike again but pretty sure it’s just a tire and inner tube but I don’t have a car to take it to get it fixed . I don’t have the inner tube and need it done as early as possible today bc I’m taking him to the park
