Previous inspections have **not confirmed the exact source of the water**, so we need someone who can perform proper diagnostic testing before recommending repairs. Scope of Work Please perform the following tests: 1. Moisture Meter Testing - Test affected ceilings, walls, and surrounding areas. - Map moisture levels to help trace the source. 2. Shower Pan Flood Test - Properly plug the shower drain and test the shower pan/waterproofing for leakage. 3. Shower Drain / Waste-Line Test - Run water directly through the drain without wetting the shower walls or pan. - Check the drain connection, trap, and waste line for leaks. 4. Plumbing Supply-Line Pressure Test - Test hot and cold water supply lines for pressure loss or concealed leaks. 5. Controlled Shower Wall / Spray Test - Test shower walls, corners, valve penetrations, threshold, and other areas individually to determine whether water is penetrating through the shower enclosure or waterproofing. Requirements You must have your own professional leak-detection/testing equipment**, including a moisture meter and appropriate plumbing testing equipment. Please **do not begin major demolition or repairs until the source of the leak has been identified and documented**.
