Hi there! I have 2 projects, could be together or separate depending: 1. Installing shelves around a room. The thing is, my (rental) walls are tricky to work with. I’ve installed things on other walls in the apt, but I suspect these are plaster? When I’ve tried before with anchors, they just came right out. So I need someone to assess the walls and determine the right anchoring hardware/approach. 2. Installing curtains (as room divider) on a ceiling I suspect requires a masonry drill. Again, just need help assessing the right anchoring hardware/approach. I have the tracks already.

I'm looking for an experienced handyman or maintenance professional to help with several straightforward tasks in a well-maintained Astoria apartment. The main project is mounting a series of wall shelves and pre-assembled cat wall elements that will create a climbing wall for my cat. All components are already assembled and ready to go—they simply need to be securely and properly mounted. I'd also like assistance with: • Reinstalling several interior door knobs that were installed upside down and need to be flipped to the correct orientation. • Re-caulking/sealing areas around two bathtubs where the existing sealant is worn. • Replacing an existing shower grab bar with a slightly smaller grab bar. • Assessing one bathtub that may benefit from resurfacing or refinishing (if this is within your skill set). None of these tasks are particularly complicated on their own, but it would be wonderful to have them completed in a single visit to help get the apartment in great shape for the summer. Please bring any standard tools needed for mounting, caulking, and basic hardware adjustments. Looking forward to working with someone detail-oriented who takes pride in doing clean, professional work.

The wall gets wet and peels every time it rains. ​Tasks: ​Fix the Leak: Find where rain is entering from the outside (window, siding, or roofline) and seal it. ​Electrical Check: The water is touching an active outlet. Need the box inspected for safety/corrosion. ​Drywall Repair: Cut out the water-damaged drywall, check the wall cavity, patch, mud, and paint.

So I want to fix the sink and the bottom of the sink, the cabinet and the whole area of the sink and you have to remove the marble countertop and put a whole new sink and then fix back the marble and put new cabinets as well but not for the whole kitchen just for the sink area.

Due to a plumbing repair, A portion of my ceiling had to be removed. The affected area is about 6ft x 1 and 2ft x 1. I would like this closed off with drywall.

The door has been broken off hinges screws are lose on top and out on the bottom. Door is now unable to open and close.
