Very small studio apartment. Bathroom needs caulking removed (tape and some caulking) then new caulking applied around all bathroom.

I have a Costco red light sauna I need put up and I have a chair and a couch to put up into assemble

Small leak in ceiling and need help fixing

The toilet is not flushing properly, and the tub is not draining properly.

Three tasks in house: Bathtub faucet is leaking. Need to repair/replace the valve cartridge or whatever. Kitchen hot water dispenser is leaking. Need to fix that too. It’s an In Sink Erator instant hot water dispenser and it drips. A soap dispenser was installed improperly and there’s an LED flange that was left under the sink that should be on top. Need to reinstall it though the porcelain hole. Licensed plumber preferred but not strictly required if you know what you’re doing and have a lot of experience and the parts. Must speak English very well. Thank you.

Pipe leaking under sink needs repaired

Need to have a sauna wired in to circuit breaker box. it is a 240 voltage sauna, the house has an attic and is all drywall. The wiring for the sauna is already purchased and whatever else materails needed , such as the breaker, plug in and such will be purchased when told what to get. So all materials will be covered u will just need ur tools. This job is needing to be done asap. The sauna is about 40 feet to breaker box and is 240 volts. only pictures is from the manual.. need done asap

Just need a patch of wall plastered back up. I have the paint colour already so just need the patch done as per the pic. And there’s a couple of other screw holes that need sandpapering and patching. Must have experience plastering
