Looking for someone experienced replacing pool deck expansion joints / pool mastic around a concrete pool deck. Current white expansion strips are old, brittle and disintegrating. Want all old material removed and replaced with a clean modern flexible sealant finish (not patching). Scope: * Remove old expansion strip material * Clean/prep joints * Install backer rod where needed * Apply self-leveling pool/deck sealant (Deck-O-Seal, Sikaflex or similar) * Leave with clean, straight, professional finish Pool deck is textured concrete. Approximate joint width: ~1/2” Photos attached. We have some lifting of the flooring near the glass doors. There no water issue so perhaps it needs some nails and glue

All material on-site. Some custom cuts necessary in small 1/2 bathroom and closet, as well as door jambs.

I had water leaking from my freezer that I got fixed, but it warped and lifted the wood around the bottom of the fridge & and around the bottom of the sink, there was also some warped wood

Need to cut baseboard to allow for expansion gap. Have extra planks if need to replace them

I’m looking for a reliable installer to nail down approximately 120 sq ft of 2” solid hardwood strip flooring in a small kitchen area. Installation will be over an existing wood plank subfloor. The new boards should run in the same direction as the adjacent flooring and tie in cleanly at the transition. Materials will be on site and ready to go. I will handle sanding and staining after installation, so I only need proper layout, fastening, and a clean stagger completed. I’m ready to move forward soon, so please let me know your experience with narrow strip hardwood, availability, and estimated cost.
