We are hosting a Christmas Eve/Nochebuena party at our home and are looking for someone to help keep the house and party areas clean and organized throughout the event, as well as help with cleanup afterward. We will have food, drinks, and live music, with a majority of the party taking place outside. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working during the event and staying on top of things as the night goes on. Approximately 6:00 PM–12:00 AM Responsibilities would include: • Regularly picking up and disposing of trash, empty cups, bottles, cans, plates, napkins, etc. • Checking trash cans throughout the party and replacing bags as needed • Keeping indoor and outdoor entertaining areas clean and clutter-free • Clearing used plates, cups, and dishes from tables and other areas • Washing/loading dishes and keeping the kitchen and sink area organized • Wiping down countertops, tables, and other surfaces as needed • Keeping the guest bathroom tidy and restocking toilet paper/paper towels if needed • Cleaning up any spills or messes that happen throughout the evening • Keeping the food and drink areas clean and organized • Consolidating leftovers and helping put food away toward the end of the night • General cleanup once the party begins winding down • Sweeping/vacuuming floors as needed • Sweeping and mopping after the party • Taking out trash and leaving the main entertaining areas and kitchen clean and organized We are not expecting you to serve guests or bartend. The main goal is to have someone dedicated to keeping everything clean and under control throughout the party so that we can enjoy the evening with our guests without constantly worrying about cleanup.
