Off The Dribble TV is hosting one of the biggest basketball creator events in the country. This professionally produced live showcase will feature elite 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 basketball matchups with some of the biggest basketball creators and internet personalities. The event will be filmed for YouTube and livestreamed to a large online audience while welcoming up to 1,000 in-person spectators. We're looking for reliable, energetic, and professional event staff to help ensure the day runs smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities may include a variety of event operations, including: - Assisting with venue setup before doors open - Hanging banners, sponsor signage, and directional signage - Setting up tables, chairs, merchandise areas, registration, and sponsor activations - Installing floor decals, barricades, stanchions, and other event equipment - Assisting production staff with general event logistics - Greeting attendees with a friendly and professional attitude - Checking tickets and directing guests to the correct entrances - Escorting VIPs and spectators to their assigned seating areas - Helping maintain organized seating sections throughout the event - Assisting with crowd flow and answering attendee questions - Monitoring cleanliness of the venue during the event - Emptying trash when needed and keeping common areas presentable - Restocking supplies throughout the day - Helping vendors, sponsors, and partners as needed - Supporting the operations team with miscellaneous tasks that arise during live production - Assisting with event breakdown once the event concludes - Taking down banners, signage, and sponsor displays - Packing equipment, tables, chairs, and supplies - Loading equipment into vehicles or designated storage areas - Performing final venue cleanup to ensure the facility is left in excellent condition

I have a party for 40 people, I need help in the kitchen, clean, serve the food

We are looking for a reliable event assistant to help with one day estate sale in Temple City. Duties include assisting with customer flow, monitoring the sales area, helping customers with items, light lifting, and general event support. We are looking for someone dependable, professional, physically capable, and comfortable working with customers in a busy environment.

Help with an outdoor BBQ

Party setup- dining tables, food tables. Cake and gift tables. New to airtasker I thought a team would be performing the required tasks. Set up must be completed before the party starts. Payment of $500 to 1 person for 4hrs of service is a bit excessive. Here is the schedule: Following the 4hr window indicated above, the first 2hrs would involve setting up the tables (tablecloths, runners, place settings, table backdrops and balloon stands). I intend to have décor done prior and tables just need to be set up as per my pictures. The 2nd 2 hrs will serve as an assistant (being my communication contact with bartender, food wait staff, DJ, Photo Booth attendant) helping me insure all stations are set up and ready for the party. Set up is 2-4pm. Dinner buffet will be open for guests at 4:30pm.Wait staff will set up chaffing dishes and man food stations. Same for bartender for her station. I have edited the payment to $250 and will accept counter offers. Thank you for your understanding and look forward to hearing from all interested parties. Help with an event tomorrow night in midtown - looking for an extra set of hands

Event staff needed TODAY for a tech/music launch event in Midtown Manhattan. Looking for someone professional, friendly, reliable and comfortable working around guests, media and brand partners. Duties may include guest check-in/direction, helping guide guests to the correct floor/rooms, VIP/press-room assistance, helping with product displays, passing canned beverages, taking Polaroid photos, and light event setup/organization. I am having a 50th birthday party at a venue that needs basic set up and clean up before and after the party. I have many people helping, but I also need helpers during the party that can make sure food buffet stays full, trash gets thrown away, and that the party runs smooth.
