Looking for someone who is an electrician. Need to get a few things done 1. Change ballast for 2 of the tube light fixtures or install ballast bypass tube lights. 2. Change Nest thermostat. We have old one already installed but we need to remove it and connect the new one. Old one is still working but google has stopped providing support for it so it does not work with wifi. 3. Outside front porch lights are flickering and sometimes they turn of by itself and then turn on by itself so there might be an issue with the switch panel.
