Have two doors at a condo in Catalina. Right now there are only deadbolts and no spring-latch to keep the door shut when unlocked. I need a locksmith to install that. And b/c of the old door handle, I need locksmith to install new door knobs on either side. Removing the old door handle might require filling the empty space with wood blocks or something like that. I also need locksmith to fix the deadbolt lock on the door leading out to the balcony.

We can’t get the screw into the wall. It feels like there must be metal or masonry behind the drywall. We tried drilling pilot hole and using screws for sheet metal. I’m co side ring using double sided adhesive tape.
