Looking for an experienced handyperson or window treatment installer to mount a custom French return curtain rod and hang drapery panels in a loft apartment. Installation Details: Hardware Type: Custom French return curtain rod (~1.125" diameter) in bronze finish. Placement: Wall-mounted exactly 1 inch below the ceiling beam across the window casing. Wall Surface: Standard drywall / plaster (please bring appropriate heavy-duty anchors or locate studs as needed). Ceiling Height: High loft ceilings (~10–12 ft). Task Requirements: 1. Measure, level, and securely mount the French return brackets 1" beneath the wood ceiling beam. 2. Assemble and secure the curtain rod. 3. Hang pinch-pleated linen drape panels and adjust hooks/pleats so they hang flush and hang evenly. Please Bring: Tall A-frame / Stepladder (6ft–8ft) suitable for reaching high loft ceiling beams safely. Stud finder & multi-meter Drill, bits, and heavy-duty drywall anchors/screws (e.g., Toggle bolts or Cobra anchors for heavy drapes) Laser level or long spirit level Please mention your experience with custom window hardware and working with high loft ceilings when submitting your offer!

I am ordering soundproof, fairly heavy, curtains for a canopy bed and will need help installing them.

If that's okay with you, then you can read the rest of the task.) I have 11-foot ceilings and would like to hang three sets of curtains as well as a light fixture from the ceiling. It is a wall-plug hang-down light fixture, so no electricity experience is required. Just mount the wire to the ceiling, and the light will hang down from there and it will just plug into the wall. I've attached photos of the living room window and the bedroom window. There are two windows in the living room that need curtains and the one in the bedroom. I've also attached the only photo that I have of the living room space. The light should hang from the center beam in the living room. (I don’t have a ladder!)

I bought a replacement rod for my shower that curves and need someone to drill the holes in the wall for the new screws, preferably with their own drill, and mount the rod as well. The wall is a typical shower wall with ceramic tiles and grout. I want someone who will do it the right way, without damaging the tiles, and so that the rod will not fall out easily. All the installation equipment was already supplied.

I need help mounting two curtain rod brackets and one medium-sized mirror on drywall. I already drilled holes and inserted plastic anchors for the curtain rod, but one of the screws is not holding — the anchor pulled out under weight. I’d like someone to reinstall it securely, possibly with better anchors (toggle bolts or similar). For the mirror, I’d like it installed safely and level. Please bring proper tools and wall anchors suitable for drywall. Thank you!

One rod over two tall windows. Tight space and need to keep it very clean - please bring a handheld hoover (i can help with that while drilling) and a cover for the furniture. Need a small ladder.
