Tables will be set up with catering food delivered, need a waitress to take food from outdoor kitchen to tables. In the evening take food requests and serve guests who are seated in marquee. All in a small garden space. Along side severing drinks or serving drinks in a designated bar area. Working with one other server and sharing the responsibilities. Cleaning up tables, taking reusable cutlery to designated washing up area. Disposing waste and rubbish appropriately. Note: There is a 4 hour break where all people and guests must leave the site for evening event set up. Flexible +/- an hour for each shift.
