Wash up and restock plates and cups continually 3. Monitor and restock food, drinks and snacks on the buffet table. 4. Look out for and clean up messes and generally keep things tidy. 5. Tidy up and restock toilets throughout the day. There are several flights of stairs between the kitchen and garden so there will be lots of climbing up and down! Arrival at 1:30pm to help set up, guests arrive from 3pm. My budget is £15 per hour, and it will be up to 7 hours. If you charge more, I salute you, but I cannot afford it so no need to respond with crazy high offers. Times 10.30am - 2pm Break 6pm - 11pm Share service duties, with one other waitress. Serve food and drinks safely, to guests in a marquee in the AM. One person to serve drinks to guests while seated and PM to serve a food menu to seated guests and then team up with one other waiter to serve drinks from a bar area.
